Language of Life
Never use negative language, abusive words such as fu**, shit, boring etc.
Always use powerful words such as Fantastic, Super, Top of the world, Awesome with tremendous feeling and see the way your life will turn. Because all the thoughts, words that we use will manifest into reality.
What goes out returns.
If you want to see major shift in your life, never read/hear something negative in the morning such as news paper, TV news etc. Lot of people starts their day with a negative news. Read paper at end of the day or end of the week when you don’t have any other thing to do.
Instead in the morning listen to great music, read inspirational books, sit for meditation, hug your loved ones every morning and tell them how much you love them, pray, express gratitude for all the beautiful things in your life etc.

Love yourself, you are rare and rarest of rare.
However you don’t have that much faith in God made creation i.e. YOU
People who don’t believe in GOD are absolutely fine. They should not be called as atheist. But those who don’t believe in themselves, they should be called as Atheist.
In the entire universe there is no duplicate of you. You are the unique, rare, and rarest of rare. You are the best that can happen and you are unique, master’s master piece.
Love yourself.

Life is Simple - Choice and Consequence
For every choice that we execute there is a consequence. Sometimes the consequence is immediate and some times delayed. But there is always a consequence.
Executing a choice is in our control and the consequence is the result. Perform your actions and wait, results is a consequence. Never worry about the consequence, it is just an outcome. Every time we don't get the result what we want then look at the choices you are making.
For example: Exercise is my choice and health is the consequence. If I don't want to get up in the morning and don't do exercise is my choice then illness is the consequence.
For every right choice there is a right consequence and for every wrong choice there is a wrong consequence.

Law of Karma
As per man made calculations, many of us think that if I do 2 rights and 1 wrong:
1 right minus 1 wrong is equal to zero, still 1 right is pending.
However in the eyes of law of Karma , they both are 2 different accounts and they will be treated differently.
You will get what you are suppose to get for 2 rights and also you have to pay for 1 wrong.

Relationship and a TREE
A relationship needs 3 important daily ingredients – Communication, Sight and Touch.
If any one of the need is not adequate, the plant starts shrinking and eventually dies off.
In the olden days, People living away from their families for years together having minimal communication when there is no sight or touch involved, their relationship was mediocre.
In the recent information age, with the latest technologies people can live far away from their families for years together with complete access to communication and seeing each other over internet, chatting, talking etc. But there is no touch or feeling in it.
Some of them end up having a second relationship where there is a touch because humans need touch. Most of them not necessarily second relationship but love for material, position, money etc which can replace relationship.
When all the 3 ingredients are supplied regularly, the plant grows daily and one day it becomes the tree.
A tree no more in need of daily care, it is self sufficient in itself to get all the sunlight, water by growing roots deep into the earth.
Till the relationship becomes a TREE, provide the 3 ingredients- Communication, Sight and Touch. It takes years to build a TREE.
Allow relationship to grow into a Tree.
4 stages of love
2. Awareness- What others cannot see, you see, you appreciate what others cannot.
3. Communion- There is a quality, good judgement, truth.
4. Intimacy- Lose ego, Defencelessness, Let go vulnerability, Not convincing.
- Deepak Chopra.
The fight is not outside, the fight is within
The only way to resolve inner conflicts is to go deep in meditation. Unless you are resolved within yourself you will create more problems than you already have.
If you move into relationship all your problems will be multiplied. Just watch the greatest and the most beautiful thing in the world is love. But can you find anything uglier, more hell creating?
Remember the imprisonment doesn’t come from the other, it comes from within you.
Move from thinking to feeling, thinking is logical, mathematical, and certain.
Feeling is illogical, irrational, poetry, subjective but it is bliss.
Love – Instinctive infatuation
Blame GOD for that.
Once instinct is fulfilled, the nature work is done through you, all that smoke disappears. Instinct knows only sex. Love is only a sugar coating on a bitter pill. Instinct does not make you human; it simply keeps you an animal two legged.
Move from instinct to Intuition, move from body to feeling and then finally something starts flowering…it takes time. But that is real love.

Astrology is like Auto pilot: The choice is yours
Genes, the blue print for making the baby just follows the stars and the constellation as it followed in the past. The baby is ready to born.
Then man developed a science called astrology. We can predict the behaviour of the baby and the future by studying the stars given at the birth of the baby.
However the baby’s life need not depend on stars alone. Human beings have the potential to change the destiny. It is like every aircraft will have the auto pilot and the manual drive. Now the choice is ours whether we have to put our life on auto pilot and run the show as per the stars or
Take in charge of the plight and change the destination. Today scientists are proving that with a mere thought and associated strong feeling we can change the structure of the DNA. That’s how evolution happened.
Either you believe in astrology i.e. by taking auto pilot and reach the given destination or make your own destiny by manual drive. The choice is yours.

The S factor spirituality
The lion cub made a horrible donkey. His donkey family thought there was something essentially wrong with him.
He needed some balancing, some therapy because he couldn't bray well. He wasn't good at doing any of the donkey things. He felt that too and had tearing thoughts that "I'm a bad donkey. I'm a loser'.
He took all the courses and workshops and tried earnestly to improve himself but nothing worked.
Then one day a great lion came upon the scene. He saw all those donkeys in a row, carrying the wash and there was the lion cub carrying the wash too and he was offended. He thought what is he doing there and roared. All the donkeys ran away, except the lion cub who was too naive.
When he saw the lion he said ' Don't eat me! Don't eat me!
But the great lion said, 'No, No, No' come here with me & took him to the river. He said ' Look at our reflections in the river and what to you see?. The donkey said, 'Are you also Donkey!? and the lion said 'No, you fool, you are a Lion'.
The lion of course represent our true self and the donkey represents our ego self. We play games, we worry, we bend ourselves to please other people. We don't have to do any of that, always we have that great glory within us. So the young lion awoke, began to roar and learned about his own true nature.
This is our story. We are lions that have become donkeys. The story of our soul progress in this world is the story of a descent into something lower, something less than what we actually are;a loss to our glory.
In the Wordsworth poem' the ode to immortality'. The child comes trailing clouds of glory from heaven and as he becomes socialised , he loses it. We love young children because they have a divine quality, a memory of that oneness and ecstasy. As they get older, it falls away and they become neurotic like everybody else.
This is our story, we come from something noble and become something contracted.
The great lion comes and tells us, you know you are not that and then we start to roar. That's the rest of the story and that's called spirituality or awakening.

Grow in all aspects of Yoga
Everything that we do should be out of discipline, focus, intense and excellence. Hath yoga means discipline. Then we can move onto Karma yoga.
Karma yoga
As per karma yoga, execute actions without any desired results. Just do your karma and execute your choices. Based on your right or wrong choice (knowingly or unknowingly) existence will throw back you the consequences.
Gnana yoga
As we do our actions, we keep experiencing pain and pleasure. Unless we don’t have the intellectual understanding of the consequences, we will continue to experience pain and pleasure. The moment we have the gnana yoga or the intellectual understanding then we will start seeing the design of the life. For this we need gnana yoga.
Bhakthi yoga
When we have the intellectual understanding, we will automatically raise in gratitude to the existence or the life itself. Now the heart starts opening up and love towards that ultimate supreme starts happening. Slowly we will start growing into Bhakthi and this is the ultimate path……

1. Remember that leadership isn't about your position. It's about your influence.

4. Protect your good name. An impeccable reputation takes a lifetime to build. And 60 seconds to lose.

8. Measure your success, not by your net worth but by your self worth (and how happy you feel).
9. Take an intelligent risk every 24 hours. No try-No Win.
