Malamati- school of sufi thought

Malamati is one of the most significant school of thought and its basis now a recognised fact that -YOU are responsible for whatsoever you are. If you are miserable, you are responsible. In the beginning it hurts;the old joy of blaming others is gone. It is a joy when you can blame others.
Freudin psychoanalysis goes on blaming your environment,mother,father....Growth is possible only when you have taken the responsibility on yourself. In the beginning it hurts, soon you start feeling a new thrill, a new adventure, because soon you become aware that if you are responsible , then there is a way to go beyond. If others are responsible then there is no way to go beyond.
If you are creating your misery then you can uncreate it.

Devotion

The deepest form of love is devotion, the purest form of love is devotion, the highest form of love is Devotion.
What is devotion?
Take a lemon and cut into 2 pieces. Without devotion, Squeeze the juice from one part of the lemon piece into a glass of water and add little salt. Taste it.
Take the other piece of lemon and now with devotion squeeze the juice into a glass of water, add little salt. Taste it. There is a difference. That extra in the ordinary way of doing things is devotion.

Whatever you do, do it with devotion.

When you look at the nature, enjoy the creation and when you are in gratitude to the creator behind the creation then you are in Devotion.
When you look at the black crow and the white swan and have the same feeling, then you are in devotion.
When you love your loved ones for what they are, then you are in devotion.
When you treat both failures and success the way they are then you are in devotion.

When you look for creator in all his creation, in all the beings then you are in devotion.

Kabir: Living-Dashingly

Kabir says " When I was born, I was crying and the whole world was rejoiced. When I die, I want to rejoice and the whole world should cry." Thats the way I want to live my life.

I want to go one more step, I want to live my life in such a way that he (the creator) should cry thinking that what a creation it was.
